Solves a lot with little
We face a significant capacity challenge by making better use of what we already have. When freight moves to the west side, we free up parking positions near the scheduled flight terminal. By utilizing the two runways better and handling more flight movements, we double freight capacity without major encroachments on nature and land.
A concrete growth opportunity
Norwegian exports are growing, and we are building the capacity to meet that growth. With increased freight volume and better infrastructure, Oslo Airport becomes a more attractive hub between the Nordics and the rest of the world. The ambition is to double freight capacity.
Tomorrow’s cargo hub
We are thinking long-term and laying the groundwork for growth far into the future. We are building infrastructure where land, air freight, and technology solutions are planned together from the start. The airports that win in the next decade are the ones that invest in infrastructure where sustainability and security are built into every solution.
