At Avinor and its subsidiaries, we wish to have a safe and open culture of expression. As a visitor, customer, supplier, partner, or other external person/company, you are encouraged to report if you observe or are informed of a matter you consider to be worthy of criticism.

Examples of matters of concern
By matters of concern, it is meant matters that are in violation of laws and regulations, ethical guidelines within the organization, or ethical norms widely agreed upon in society.
Examples of reportable conditions are:
1. Illegal actions: Fraud, corruption, theft, or other economic criminal activities.
2. Bullying, harassment or discrimination
3. Serious violations of ethical guidelines: E.g.violation of environmental laws and human rights.
Security risks: Actions or omissions that may endanger health, safety, or the environment.
Other reprehensible conditions: Serious breaches of Avinor's ethical guidelines or procedures.
How do I report?
As an external party to Avinor, you can report in the following ways:
- By filling out the digital form for reporting in Avinor's internal whistleblowing channel. Reports submitted to the whistleblowing channel are handled by Avinor's whistleblowing committee. - Via Avinor's independent whistleblowing channel.The channel is managed by the law firm Bull. Notifications can be sent by email to:
As a whistleblower, you decide what kind of information should be provided. There is no requirement to document the objectionable event, action, or omission. However, the notification should be as detailed as possible and, if available, include documentation of the objectionable matter. As mentioned, you can report anonymously, but we still recommend that you provide your full name, as it will facilitate the investigations.
What happens after I have reported?
After you have reported, appropriate measures will be taken to follow up on the notification. Investigations will be conducted to gather more information about the reported matters. Both the whistleblower, the person reported about, and other involved parties may be called in for an interview as part of these investigations.
The level of investigations, case processing, and follow-up measures will vary from case to case.
If it turns out that further investigation is needed or criminal activity is uncovered, it may also be necessary to involve external parties such as the police, external lawyers, etc.
