  1. AIP NORWAY - Aeronautical Information for Norway

    AIP Norway is covered by the provisions of the Copyright Act (Act on Copyright to Literary, Scientific and Artistic Works, etc.). Exploitation in violation of the law or agreement may result in claims for compensation and confiscation, and may be punished with fines and imprisonment.

  2. AIP SUP - Valid AIP SUP and AIP AIRAC SUP

    AIP SUP is normally used to publish temporary changes to the AIP for conditions exceeding three months or changes that contain a lot of text/graphics. Data and information to be announced as AIP AIRAC SUP are specified in Annex 15, Chapter 6.

  8. M517-AIR

    M517-AIR is an electronic version of the military VFR chart M517-AIR 1:250,000 for Norway. The chart is regularly updated in accordance with the AIRAC cycle. Changes to the chart within the AIRAC cycle are published on NOTAM for Norway.

Additional information for operators

Declaration of Conformity

For specific aerodromes in Norway there are special requirements for aircraft operators performing commercial transportation.

The aircraft operator shall document fulfilment of the requirements above to CAA Norway at least 14 days prior to commencing operations. CAA Norway will, after evaluating the documentation and finding it adequate, issue a letter of compliance
